How to send a gift
- Sign in with Google. Gifts are paid with Smiley Coins, so you need to be signed in. Chatting itself never needs an account.
- Make sure you have coins. Your Smiley Coins live in your Jusssmile wallet and work on both sites with the same Google account.
- Tap the gift button on the right side of the video during a call and pick a gift. Gifts of 50 coins or more ask you to confirm first.
- Watch it arrive. Both of you see an animation and hear a sound at the same moment.
What your partner needs
To receive a gift your partner must also be signed in, because the coins go to their wallet. If they are chatting as a guest, you can send a free nudge that invites them to sign in, and then send the gift once they have.
Animations and sounds
Small gifts get a gentle sparkle and chime. Bigger gifts get bigger moments: falling petals for flowers, floating hearts for cute gifts, confetti for celebrations and fireworks for the royal gifts. The sounds are created on your device and can be switched off in the gift panel. On phones, larger gifts also give a short vibration to the person receiving.
Good to know
- Gifts are final once delivered. If a gift cannot be delivered, your coins are returned automatically.
- Never feel pressured to send gifts. Nobody on Jusslive should ask you for money or coins, and you should report anyone who does. See our video chat safety tips.
- Coins received as gifts are added to your wallet. If you want to cash out, that happens on Jusssmile, where each Smiley Coin is worth 1 rupee (about $0.01) after a one-time KYC check, paid by UPI in India or PayPal elsewhere. Earnings are never guaranteed, and Jusssmile's terms apply.
