Feel confident before you say hello. Jusslive has a natural beauty mode that gently smooths and brightens your video, plus eight free face filters. Everything runs on your own device.
Beauty mode
Beauty mode is a gentle touch-up for your video. It softens skin, evens out skin tone, adds a little brightness and a warm glow, and keeps natural texture so you still look like you. One slider controls it: Off, Natural, Glow or Strong. Natural is a good place to start.
Face filters
The filters follow your face as you move, and your partner sees them live. Available filters:
- Cat ears
- Bunny ears
- Golden crown
- Shades
- Sparkles
- Flower crown
- Heart eyes
- Devil horns
How to turn them on
- Press Start and allow your camera. You can open the effects menu while you are still searching, so you can check your look before a partner appears.
- Tap the sparkle-wand button on the right side of the video.
- Move the beauty slider, or choose Natural, Glow or Strong.
- Pick a face filter, or choose None to turn it off.
Both settings are remembered for your next visit. Your partner may see a brief pause in your video when you change an effect, and it comes straight back.
Privacy and safety
Effects are processed in your browser, and nothing is uploaded. Our safety checks always look at your original camera picture, so the same community rules apply to everyone. Filters are not a way around them.
Will it slow down my video?
Effects use some of your device's processing power. If your phone or laptop cannot keep up, Jusslive lowers the quality of the effect automatically to keep your video smooth, and turns the effects off if it still struggles. You can switch them off yourself at any time.
Tips for looking your best on camera
- Light your face from the front, using a window or a lamp, with no bright light behind you.
- Hold the camera at eye level and a little further away than feels natural.
- Clean the lens. A smudged lens is the most common cause of a soft picture.
- Use Natural, not Strong, in good light. Beauty mode works best when it is subtle.
- Try a view change. A split-screen or large self-view lets you keep an eye on yourself. See camera views.
